𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

To celebrate our Wonderful World, you are invited to enter our BCS Photography competition.

To enter:

1. Take a photo of something in nature that gives you joy e.g. a photo of your pet, a sunset, a scene near your home, people helping people etc

2. Put a caption on your photo or write an explanation (1 sentence) of why you chose this image

3. Submit your photo and caption/explanation by email to photo@ballyhauniscs.ie by 13th October 23.

4. Only one entry per student is allowed. No late entries will be accepted. Your photo must be taken during your free-time outside of School.

5. Submitted photographs must be original work (taken by the student) and in jpeg format. The maximum size of image acceptable is 2Mb. You may be asked to show the original jpeg photograph on your phone/camera to the judges.

6. Basic editing such as cropping, removal of red eye is allowed.

7. If your photograph includes people, be sure to ask their permission before submitting same.

8. The entries will be judged by Fr. Stephen and a panel of teachers

9. Winners will be announced on Wednesday 18th October 2023.

10. Prizes: Winning photograph – 50 euros, 2nd prize – 25 euros, 3rd prize – 15 euros, 4th prize – 10 euros
