See attached a 1st Year Guide for the 6th class pupils who are starting in BCS in September. Normally we would have you into the school for an information session, unfortunately this year it wasn’t possible to do so. The Guide contains useful information for you about starting in 1st year in BCS. 
There is also an information booklet attached for parents on the Junior Cycle Programme outlining the subjects and key skills taught to students. The booklet also contains information on the forms assessments and reporting now used at Junior Cycle.
For students who have signed up to avail of the School Book Rental scheme – a text will be sent to parents/guardians in August when the books are ready for collection.
