6th Year/LCA2 Virtual Parent/Teacher Meeting
On Wednesday, 1st December 2021 we are hosting a 6th Year/LCA2 Parent/Student/Teacher meeting to enable you to meet your son/daughters teachers to discuss their progress to date in Ballyhaunis Community School. These meetings will take place virtually through Teams.
Appointments will be assigned in order of your preferences selected on the platform (Please click the following link) PT Organiser that we are using to run the evenings meetings. It may not be possible to meet all teachers, however appointments will be distributed equitably.
YOU MUST SELECT PREFERENCES NUMBERS IF YOU WISH TO GET THE APPOINTMENTS TIMES.
Step 1: Log On to the Parent Teacher Meeting Organiser webpage.
Enter the school roll number 91461C followed by your son/daughter’s Student VS Ware ID. Both were given on a label to your child at school.
Click either “Please save My Preferences” or “I am unable to attend the meeting”
The closing date for indicating your preferences is Monday, November 29th at 5.00pm
Step 5: View your Appointments List
From 5.00pm on Tuesday, November 30th your appointment list for the Parent/Teacher Meeting will be available. Log back into www.ptmorg.com
You will use the same log-in details as before; see steps 1 & 2 above. Print off a copy of the appointments list.
Step 6: Wednesday, Dec. 1st – Log on to MS Teams in advance.
On Wednesday, December 1st, ask your child to log-in to their MS Teams account.
Please note the following:
- Each teacher will start the online meeting with you at the appointed time.
- Each meeting will be a maximum of 5 minutes.
- Parents/Guardians are asked to ensure that the video camera remains on at all times. In the interest of GDPR, teachers will not be able to conduct a meeting with any parent/guardian unless the camera is on.
- The meeting should not be recorded under any circumstances.
