GAA Fundraiser – Predict the Score
Students who play boys Gaelic Football in the school took part in a fundraiser recently, based on selling lines to predict the score of the Mens All Ireland. Sadly Mayo lost out by a single point, but funds raised will be used to fund the cost of playing in the upcoming Schools GAA Post Primary Competions. Pictured are the sellers of the winning lines, from the recent competion being presented with the prizes today. Henry Concannon won the top prize of 50 euro and a school jersey. Second prize went to Bradley Slike, the prediction sold by Conor Flynn. Third prize went to Dermot Murphy, sold by Liam Lavin and fourth prize to Catherine Glynn, sold by Shane Glynn.
